Keys to Exceptional Parenting: Part 1

By: Ian D Wright

Parenthood is the greatest step of an individual's life. Parenting is associated with varying responsibilities. Some of them are being responsible for the unborn child, delivering and raising the kid with the most delicate love and care, giving them their basic needs and teaching them how to become responsible individuals. From this small list of responsibilities, we can conclude that being a great parent is not that hard.

Terrible parenting selections could end up to mistakes performed by children not simply in the family, but also in the classroom and church. Differing examples of young adult suicide are possible. Malnourished children may also come from poor parenting.

The rate of children continuing their basic and higher education is falling. Property crimes are now involving a few children. And, the most problematic, teenage pregnancy as young as the age of 14 years old, and most of them opt to have an abortion since they do not want to be sent from their families if they know about it. Social mistakes committed that could lead to poor people.

Whom else can we make to take responsibility? Instead of blaming parents out there, it is better to refer them to the basics of superior parenting. It can reverse the current events already mentioned. Good parenting can also prevent worse things to happen at a later date.

What is the basic goal of superior parenting? According to Dr Michael Dana, a youth affairs expert for the Federal Government. states: its goal is to "foster the children in a way that allows them to grow up to be normal, productive and law-abiding adults who have realized their God-given potentials".

It should include the life of a parent and their relationship with their children, sharing with them stuff that they need for them to find who they truly are as an adult. The following part discusses many of the things to ponder for you to attain that previously mentioned goal.
