If your business uses Microsoft Dynamics, it is not getting the full value of it unless it is using CustomerSource.

Microsoft Dynamics' CustomerSource website is intended to help companies improve productivity and reduce costs.

Users can get access to online training and certification information, assisted and self-help technical support, downloads and other information at any time of day or night. It is available in 14 languages.

CustomerSource is divided into five sections:

Home, which provides the latest news from Microsoft Business Solutions

Community and Events, which lists seminars, conferences, the "Insights" e-newsletter and also host discussions

Products and Services, which contains literature, demonstrations, testimonials and service plan information

Support, which is where users submit technical questions and access TechKnowledge and Service Pack areas

Training, which helps users understand product features and potential uses

If you or your colleagues need to update Microsoft Dynamics skills, CustomerSource allows unlimited online training courses, training materials and classroom-style training sessions. The variety is helpful because there are so many learning styles and many different situations in which to use the information. Some people need to learn every aspect of a product; others just need quick troubleshooting fixes.

A variety of training options are available to meet customer needs. For example, you can learn to use a product module through e-learning, or download a manual to keep as a reference on your desktop. "What's New" training materials are offered to help users get acclimated to new versions of a product. If you are confused about which training to take and when, there are learning plans available. Ultimately you can earn coveted Microsoft Dynamics certification.

CustomerSource users will have access to personal and company account pages which contain product registration key, order status, bill status and service plan details. Service plans can be easily renewed online. Specific details are readily available to key personnel.

CustomerSource's support section includes Microsoft's Knowledge Base database of technical tips, recommendations, FAQs and solutions to common problems. The company's advanced product service is available for users in the U.S. and Canada.

In an effort to give users the most up-to-date information available, CustomerSource offers downloads of tax updates, product releases and other information. There is also a great deal of technical information, including setup guides, tips, white papers and more.

Among the most intriguing tools in CustomerSource are the public and managed newsgroups in which users can interact with other users and with Microsoft Dynamics support engineers.

CustomerSource was designed to be useful to users so its design has been updated to make it more appealing and easier to use.

In order to use CustomerSource, the company must have a Microsoft Dynamics account. CustomerSource is intended to be part of a service plan. Think of it as an extra added benefit to your Microsoft Dynamics package.
